1st March 2019 NICHE Chemical LLC, the specialty products and chemicals division of New Day Aluminum Holdings LLC, has announced the acquisition of Imerys Fused Minerals Hull Ltd. The acquisition will complement the company’s existing fused alumina business in LaBathie, France.
